Privacy
Landers Collaborative collects only the information reasonably needed to understand inquiries, operate this website, and improve the visitor experience.
Information you choose to share
If you contact Landers Collaborative by email or form, the information you include is used to respond to your inquiry and continue the business conversation you requested. The public website does not require an account and does not sell personal information.
Diagnostic, discovery, and demonstrations
The Operational Friction Diagnostic runs in your browser until you choose to save a preliminary profile. The Client Discovery Intake submits the business and contact information you deliberately provide so Landers Collaborative can prepare for and respond to the consultation you requested. The Transformation Lab remains an educational browser-based demonstration.
Website measurement
Landers Collaborative may use privacy-conscious website analytics to understand page visits and actions such as diagnostic use, discovery use, or contact intent. Analytics are configured to avoid collecting the content of messages or questionnaire answers.
Service providers and external links
The website is hosted using third-party infrastructure that may process standard technical information needed for security and delivery. Links to services such as LinkedIn are governed by those services’ own practices.
Retention and choices
Business information is retained only as reasonably useful for the inquiry, relationship, legal obligations, or legitimate business records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, subject to applicable obligations.
